Dora Lopez was born in Tumbes, Peru. She graduated in 1987 from the prestigious Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes and studied under the acclaimed artist, Andrea Molina. Dora's paintings are rich in texture and exquisite palettes evoking romantic imagery with beautiful depth.

Her work has been showcased in over 40 exhibits around the world including Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Argentina, Poland, and Italy.
